The Server acts as a sales and customer service representative for the restaurant.

Hospitality Welcomes and greets guests.
Acts as primary provider of hospitality/service product to guests.
2.
Food and beverage service Follows standardized steps of service.
Takes food and beverage orders from guests and enters into POS system.
Uses problem solving and critical thinking skills to maximize efficiency.
3.
Food and beverage sales Keeps abreast of food and beverage knowledge and trends.
Increases guests' perceived value with menu knowledge.
Uses active listening skills to maximize sales.
Meets sales goals.
4.
General Follows applicable company policies and procedures.

Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
