-oversee the employees and product production during the shift -maintain and insure all integrity of the business, including quality of custard and other products, cleanliness of the facilities and operations of work flow -report any and all issues to the GM or Owners -organize staff and maintain a good working environment -be sure all quality controls are followed for health safety, product quality and machinery maintenance -All machinery must be cleaned to company specs to ensure health safety and product quality -oversee and take part in all operations including opening the shop, operation and serving in the shop, closing procedures and proper stocking -be a part of Ordering, Hiring, Training and more Job Types:
