Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service - Manage and train a team of baristas and other shop staff - Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production and delivery - Coordinate with the catering department for special events and banquets - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the shop - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or hotel setting - Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of food production and catering operations is a plus - Familiarity with bartending techniques is an advantage - Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with opportunities for career advancement.
