Our company is currently in need of a legal secretary/paralegal.
In this role, you would be responsible for answer phone calls, scheduling client appointments, drafting documents and handling daily paperwork, including mail, faxes and emails.
You will also be responsible for your attorney's schedule.
This job requires precise attention to detail and regular communication with the attorneys and co-workers.
We're looking for a friendly and hardworking candidate who will be organized, motivated, and committed to our amazing clients and maintaining a positive working environment.
Previous work experience in a law firm is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and customers with a smile.
Answer phone calls and schedule clients.
Draft letters and legal documents.
Help in keeping our office organized and running smoothly.
