Job Description:
As a Planning & Inventory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations by assisting with planning, inventory management, and clerical tasksYour responsibilities will include:
Primary Responsibilities for an Inventory Specialist:
Prepare and assemble paperwork for manufacturing work orders Create production tickets for certain manufactured products in SAP system Enter and verify goods receipts for completed work orders into SAP system Enter goods receipts for external services into SAP system.
Enter goods receipts for customer-owned inventory into SAP system Input data into Excel spreadsheets Deliver work tickets to various departments Preferred Qualities for an Inventory Specialist:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in mathematics Experience with Excel or similar spreadsheet software Ability to perform quality work under time constraints Keen attention to detail Previous experience working with Excel is preferred Education and Experience for an Inventory Specialist:
