Lang Specialty Trailers is seeking a highly-motivated and dependable Administrative Assistant.
The candidate we are seeking will possess well-rounded administrative support experience working in a fast-paced multi-tasking professional office environment.
Responsibilities Assists Office Manager with the day to day operations.
Office operations including:
answering and directing phone calls, mailing, office supplies, and equipment Vendor correspondence, communication and inventory levels for assigned vendors Track the status of open purchase orders, damages and shortages Incoming logistics and inventory build assemblies Maintain the office condition and coordinate to arrange necessary repairs when needed Provide support to visitors and schedule meetings Coordinate data and paperwork from various sources, data entry Skills Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant Proficient with Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook Hands on experience with office machines (e.
g.
phone systems, computers and printers) Knowledge of office, inventory and logistics responsibilities Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Organizational skills for proficient work Well-spoken and with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Must be driven and take initiative Job Type:
