Ensuring safety standards and procedures are followed Building relationships with young offenders Facilitating group sessions and workshops Collaborating with other professionals in the juvenile justice system Monitoring and evaluating the progress of youth in the program The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field Experience working with at-risk youth or juvenile offenders Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work effectively in a team environment Compensation:
