Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Secretary to join our team.
The Medical Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to medical professionals, managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Collect and update patient information in electronic medical record systems - Prepare and maintain patient charts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of medical records - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:
