YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
Our Sanitation Associate is a company asset, helping to ensure that all employees and customers maintain a positive experience while on-site.
Providing a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, you will maintain the offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and break areas.
This is a part-time, regularly scheduled position; however, shift/hours may be flexible for the highly motivated individual.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Empty waste bins and recycling from offices, lobby areas and conference rooms; tidy and organize as needed.
Clean employee lunchroom/kitchen according to cleaning schedule (floors, microwaves, refrigerator, tables, sink etc.
) Maintain and clean restrooms; restock restroom supplies as needed.
Mop floors and vacuum in office and guest areas.
Maintain cleaning inventory, notifying Quality Manager and/or Vice-President when supplies are low.
Assist with ground keeping and additional sanitation duties as assigned; Follow sanitation schedule.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS GED or High School diploma (preferred) Read and write the English language.
Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
Professionalism and attention to detail Ability to work in varied environmental conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, reach and climb stairs for entire shift.
Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds.
