Electro-Mechanical/Automation Engineer
Overall responsibility for maintaining/improving safety, operational efficiency, throughput and reducing overall cost of the operation by focusing on electro-mechanical system improvement and maintenance. Responsible for the design of electronic controls, industrial robotics and equipment, evaluation of operational systems and recommending design modifications and changes in system requirements. Develop and lead Capital Projects. Must evaluate, troubleshoot, conduct tests and failure analysis of various electronic systems and equipment within the operation.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Ceramic, Automation or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Required
Master's Degree in Engineering or MBA Preferred
4-7 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
4-7 years' experience working on electro-mechanical systems and equipment
Restore and/or maintain all current electro-mechanical systems within the operation to original condition.
Assist Operations, Purchasing, Engineering and Finance in developing projects that increase operational efficiency, throughput and lower the overall cost of manufacturing.
Install, commission and maintain all new electro-mechanical equipment, industrial robotics and systems.
Maintain and repair existing electro-mechanical equipment and industrial robotics as needed. Ensure all PLC?s are working properly. Program PLC?s for new applications as necessary.
Train Maintenance Staff and Operators on the efficient running of electro-mechanical equipment and robotics, and the operation and basic programming of PLC?s. Ensure all systems operate in a safe manner and all effected personnel are trained on the safe handling of electro-mechanical equipment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
