Manager Communications

Summary   Kennametal has an outstanding new opportunity for an experienced Manager Communications. The Manager Communications will be responsible for managing corporate content and community relations in support of the company's strategic objectives and priorities. Responsibilities include execution of an enterprise social media strategy and day-to-day management, digital content oversight and creation, leadership communications and community relations including management of the Kennametal Foundation.   Key Job Responsibilities   Develop and execute social media strategy and manage Kennametal presence and voice on all social mediachannels globally including collaboration with various content contributors from Kennametal business segments and external partners. Responsible for corporate content creation on all other digitalchannels including company intranet, corporate website pages and digital signage system. Manage content creation, development, distribution and measurement of various leadership communication programs including quarterly leader newsletter, company accountability campaign and leader toolkits Responsible for execution of executive skip-level meeting program and Chief HR & Corporate Relations Officer's quarterly global town hall including message development support and measurement. Manage all phases of executive video program from message development to video-recording, editing and distribution. Lead Kennametal Foundation efforts in line with defined strategy, including management of global academic program partnerships, community involvement and volunteerism / events in Pittsburgh/Latrobe, distribution of funding according to defined disbursement schedule and annual application process. Assist with content creation for various corporate initiatives as needed. Provide direction to external resources to successfully coordinate various corporate communication collateral including graphic design, brochures and videos.     Experience & Education   We are seeking a motivated, creative individual with experience managing and executing social media strategy for a publicly traded company. Must possess excellent written and verbal English skills. Ability to think and act strategically while executing flawlessly. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
