Kennametal generated nearly $2.4 billion in revenues in fiscal 2018.     MANAGER TOOLING SYSTEMS     Kennametal, Inc.'s Latrobe, PA office seeks a Manager Tooling Systems to manage their global product engineering team within its Research and Development group. Duties include: (i) Metal Cutting Research and Development; (ii) supporting new product development projects related to metal cutting, using established design principles, tests and data evaluation methods; (iii) directing the global engineering and design teams to drive innovation and standardization within the metal cutting product portfolio; (iv) driving implementation of new process and technologies in to Kennametal's metal cutting manufacturing facilities and ensuring compliance to internal procedures; and (v) hiring, mentoring, and motivating a talented group of engineers and effectively managing performance by setting performance goals, providing feedback, and career coaching.   Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus 10 years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsibleexperience in a metal cutting position involving Product & Design Engineering.   Must also have any experience with or knowledge of: (i) machine tools design and construction; (ii) cutting tool design, testing and performance evaluation; (iii) CNC machining and all phases of machine shop operation; (iv) Design of Experiments, Six Sigma, Problem Solving, and Project Management as related to new product development; (v) intellectual property assessments as they relate to Metal Cutting Products and the competitor landscape; (vi) Technology and Innovation Management; (vii) interacting with outside international machining labs or research institutes; and (viii) developing and maintaining partnerships with technical leadership from machine tool builders, vendor partners, and customers. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
