Accounting Coordinator

We are looking for Accounting Coordinator for our client in Latrobe, PA   Job Title: Accounting Coordinator   Job Location: Latrobe, PA   Job Type: Contract 12 Months "US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor H1b candidates at this time."   Job Description:   Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Process 3 way PO matching invoices, including obtaining required approvals Process all vendor invoices accurately according to terms and obtain discounts when available Respond to vendor inquiries Follow up on unapproved invoices weekly Assist in month end closing, including accruing for unentered invoices Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.   Required Skills:   High School Diploma; some college accounting classes preferred Account payable experiencerequired Proficient in MS Office Suite of Products. SAP and Excel experiencerequired Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with minimal direction.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
