Site Program Manager

Manage day to day responsibilities of multiple project teams by creating complete capital and execution plans, defined success criteria, budget plans and plant readiness plans.  The program manager has responsibility to ensure that project execution remains on track and balances the needs of the project along with the needs for production and/or the customer base.   Develop and execute tactical plans to achieve business results and provide feedback and input on strategy. Monitor processes and provide reports on progress and achievement of business/project objectives using Integrated Master Schedules to identify and manage the critical paths (capacity, capability, etc.) for all projects and requirements.  Track and communicate key project metrics and milestones to all team members and stakeholders. Optimize resources allocation and utilization to accomplish project objectives efficiently and on time.  Ensure schedules are resource loaded to drive accountability.  Provide visibility and resolution of potential resource conflicts between projects. Work with Stakeholders to coordinate and prioritize allocations of resources to projects Enable effective change management practices This particular role is responsible for leading the U.S. Plant modernization program: Monitor critical resource allocations and facilitate the resolution of critical resource constraints. Manage the resource identification, allocation to modernization projects and open availability. Leads regular project reviews - communicates status of projects, risks and actively exercises mitigation plans. Lead process and procedure development related to critical modernization to facilitate a standardized approach across the organization. Conduct proactive and comprehensive risk management to ensure risks are identified, impacts are known and communicated and mitigations are planned into the project schedule. Collaborate with Project Managers in other areas to create a community of practice, leverage standardization and drive positive development within the function. Execute technology & AME defined project goals to enable the modernization of regional facilities to achieve the overall cost targets and timing outlined in the project scope. Drive integration of manufacturing equipment with SAP, MII and other plant IT solutions.   ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS   10+ years of relevant work experience Bachelor's DegreeRequired Exceptional leadership capabilities and the ability to manage simultaneous projects is a must PMP Certification from PMI and/or otherProject Management Training is desired Lean Green Belt Certifications (VSM, RCA, FMEA, and/or QFD) preferred Must be willing to travel20-50% globally Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
