Job Description:     The primary focus of this position will be on developing and supporting the surface treatment and edge preparation processes of cemented tungsten carbide metal cutting inserts and round tools.  This position will support global insert manufacturing and will identify opportunities and improve processes through application of new process development and new equipment implementation.     Experience developing a technical solution through R&D andformal Design of Experiments in a lab environment, scaling to global manufacturing, and preparing technical specifications documenting the process is required.  Manage complex and evolving organizational interdependencies and supportinternal equipment and method transfers.  Lead teams to resolution in the systematic use of data-driven analysis, decision making and validation.   Experience with industrial brush honing, blasting, and cleaning equipment useful but not required.  Understanding the relationship between equipment suppliers and standard specification of plant requirements and statement of work would also be useful.   Key Job Responsibilities:              Develop and/or transition new standard documented processes to manufacturing          Drive process improvement and standardization across global manufacturing facilities          Develop project plans and budgets, team selection, assign activities, conducting progress reviews, launching corrective actions, assuring all EHS guidelines and requirements are met and reporting progress to plant management.          Author and maintain internal procedures and work instructions.          Assist in vendor selection, prepare functional specifications and train personnel in research and manufacturing laboratories.          Preparation of procedures and other manufacturing documentation.          Provide on-site assistance for trouble-shooting, quality improvements, capability issues, productivity improvement and capital purchases          Perform analysis of a complex nature and develop recommendations in support of achieving business objectives          Prepare progress, status and forecast reports on multiple key aspects of the assigned area of responsibility          Work with purchasing and outside vendors to obtain necessary capital equipment. Develops the preparation of functional specifications and the evaluates alternatives  (attending tool shows, seminars, and various training sessions is required to keep up with state-of-the-art developments).    Education:  BS/MS Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent - Majors in: Material Science, Mechatronic Engineering, , etc. will be considered)   Skills / Experience              o  Structured Process Development scaled to standardized manufacturing -  5-8 years of experience     Six Sigma Methodology    Optical inspection methods and analysis    Design of Experiments    Chemical cleanliness analysis    Technical Procedure Development   Equal Opportunity Employer

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
