Shift Requirements 1st Shift About The Opportunity Position Summary Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in all phases of a plant operation. Typicallyreporting directly to plant operations manager, prepares operationschedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality meet specifications.   Essential to this Position Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and direct plant floor activities to improve utilization of company resources; material, labor, and machine Effectively communicate with various levels of the organization about plant performance and resource utilization Actively promote the development of direct reports Ensure compliance with labor agreement Participate in labor negotiation, grievance settlement and arbitration Ensure all injuries and incidents are reported and investigated properly and turned in the day of the injury or incident Plan, coordinate, and manage operational issues to enable the attainment of operational/financial targets Assume a leadership role in applying LEAN Continuous Improvement techniques Essentials for Success: Strong working knowledge of production systems and operations Past success developing subordinates Previous corrugate knowledge and understanding of packaging displays and graphic business processes, a strong plus Major ERP system experience, SAP preferred Financial literacy sufficient enough to understand, develop, and manage financialbudgets and statements Past experience with food safety certification and compliance, (i.e. AIB (American Institute of Baking), BRC (British Retail Consortium), is highly desirable                  High level of verbal and written communication skills Education / Certifications Education Required Bachelor's Degree Education Desired Bachelor's Degree Skills & Experience Work Experience Required Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required About Menasha Packaging Menasha Packaging Company is a leading designer and manufacturer of graphic consumer corrugated packaging, merchandising solutions, food packaging, shipping containers, material handling solutions, and pack-out and fulfillment services. As the largest independent retail-focused display and packaging company in North America we set new standards in sustainable packaging, and our printing and structural design capabilities are unrivaled in the industry. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
