Vehicle Description 1969 Buick Electra 225 Convertible An absolutely awesome, totally original, unrestored car that was just purchased from the 94-year-old widow of the original owner.
Richard Smith bought this Buick brand new from Valley Auto Sales in Turtle Creek, PA and kept it for the rest of his life (over 53 years)! Richard was a World War II Veteran and always took great pride in ownership, the car was always garage-kept and well maintained.
The car is finished in blue with blue interior and a white top.
It is equipped with the 430 V8 and 4 barrel.
The power convertible top works great and so do the power windows.
This Buick also has a power front bench seat that works great.
All the gauges, lights, signals, and radio work as they should.
The AM radio is also working wonderfully! This car runs and drives excellently and is a great cruiser.
Please understand that the car is completely UNRESTORED.
The paint is 53 years old and has areas of fading, especially on the hood.
There are chips and dings here and there.
The top is original and has some areas of fraying, but no rips or tears.
The interior, motor, and underneath are also totally original.
Everything is very nice and presents well, but it is still 53 years old.
This is an excellent, unmolested Buick ready to use and enjoy.
More pictures and videos are available upon request.
